Danze D454557SS Opulence Stainless Steel One Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet
We bought this faucet last year at The Large Indoors. I installed it on our kitchen sink, but removed and returned it for a refund after 3 days. The faucet and spray mechanism worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the spray head's cheap-looking nylon hose was too short to arrive anywhere come the bottom of our 10" deep double sink, which was very frustrating. In addition, the 1 lb. brass counterweight clamped to that hose (needed to pull the hose benefit into the faucet) hung up on the faucet bottom under the sink if the hose was pulled out "too far". You'd then have to push the hose support into the faucet with both hands, otherwise the hose would bend. More frustration. The final straw was that it was difficult to obtain the spray head to cease keep in the faucet body, without "dangling" loose impartial a tad. Although not a show-stopper, the Danze was also more difficult to install than it should have been, because its input water feeds are too short to positive a 10" sink bottom, and the scheme to connect the hose to the bottom of the faucet was not well designed; i.e., it looked like it would eventually leak. We replaced the Danze with a Grohe satin Europlus II, which my wife loves.
Very gay with this take. The label was generous, the delivery was hastily, the quality was grand. The faucet looks impressive in my current kitchen. The faucet is mountainous and I like it.
We're in the process of face-lifting our kitchen. Current counters, sink, backsplash, lights and faucet. We ordered this faucet from Amazon, because I liked the contrivance it looked and the effect was lower than similar faucets or the same faucet on other sites. The faucet arrived hasty in perfect condition. We needed it factual away, because we waited until the last little and the installers needed to prick the hole during the install. The faucet is very fine and very grand. We now have an oversized sink and water can be sprayed on every lunge of it. My husband installed it and there was no swearing or grumbling, so I would say that it is relatively easy to attach in. The faucet pulls out and retracts mighty easier than our passe one, and the goose neck makes it very user salubrious. I'd recommend the faucet highly. It looks very nice in the recess of our offset sink. But this isn't a "blooming" faucet, it is really heavenly great and might overpower a smaller sink. (Our novel sink is big enough for all my pans or a pleasurable size toddler)
